1) Your responsibility
Exercise involves risk. You are responsible for choosing activities that match your health, fitness level, and ability. If anything feels unsafe, stop immediately.
Before you start:
• Consult a doctor if you have any medical condition, injury, pain, or concerns.
• Get medical clearance if you are pregnant/postpartum, diabetic, hypertensive, or on medication that affects exercise tolerance.
• Start with lower intensity and progress gradually.
2) Not medical advice
Fit369 content is for general fitness education and is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis,
or treatment. Fit369 does not provide physiotherapy, medical supervision, or emergency services.
Emergency warning signs:
Chest pain, fainting, severe shortness of breath, sudden weakness/numbness → stop and seek emergency help.
Sharp, worsening, or unusual pain → stop and consult a healthcare professional before continuing.
3) Technique & injury prevention
Poor technique, excessive load, fatigue, or ignoring pain increases injury risk (strains, sprains, joint injury, and overuse injuries).
• Warm up before intense activity and cool down afterward.
• Hydrate and train in a safe environment with appropriate space and equipment.
• Modify or avoid movements that aggravate injuries.
Quick safety checklist
• Green: No pain, controlled movement, stable breathing.
• Yellow: Discomfort/unusual fatigue → reduce intensity or modify.
• Red: Sharp pain, dizziness, numbness, chest discomfort → stop.
Common conditions (examples)
These examples are not exhaustive. If any apply, seek medical guidance before training:
• Heart conditions, high blood pressure, asthma or respiratory issues
• Diabetes, thyroid disorders, severe obesity
• Back/neck injuries, disc issues, joint instability
• Recent surgery, fractures, or chronic pain conditions
• Pregnancy/postpartum or pelvic floor concerns
Progress tracking
Any in-app progress metrics, scores, or “signals” are informational estimates and not medical metrics.
They do not diagnose, treat, or predict health outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that Fit369, its founders, staff, and partners
are not liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from your use of the platform or your participation

• You will follow safety guidance and stop if you experience warning signs or pain.
