Welcome to Fit369. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the Fit369 mobile applications, websites, and services (“Services”). By downloading, accessing, or using Fit369, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be:
• You must meet the minimum age requirements applicable in your country. Users under the age of 18 must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian before using the Services..
• Legally able to agree to these Terms.
If you are under 18, parental consent is required.

2. Description of Services

Fit369 provides fitness programs, workout tools, progress tracking, coach discovery, coach profiles, session management features, and other related fitness services. Fit369 is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice.

3. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Fit369 offers fitness and wellness information for educational purposes only. You should consult a physician before beginning any fitness or nutrition program.
Fit369 is not responsible for injuries, health issues, or damages that may result from using the app, workouts, or guidance provided.

4. Fitness Information & References

Fit369 provides general fitness and wellness information for educational purposes only. Certain fitness calculations, recommendations, and educational content may be based on industry-recognized guidance and methodologies, including resources published by NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine), and WHO (World Health Organization). Such information should not be considered medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

5. User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:
• Provide accurate information.
• Keep your password secure.
• Not share your account.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.

6. Personal Trainer (PT) Services

Fit369 provides a platform for users to connect with personal trainers. Trainers are independent providers and are responsible for their own sessions, coaching, and availability. Fit369 is not liable for trainer actions, advice, or conduct.

7. Paid Features

The current version of Fit369 does not offer paid subscriptions, in-app purchases, or premium digital content. Future versions may introduce paidfeatures, and these Terms will be updated accordingly.
Fit369 currently does not process payments for personal training services between users and independent trainers. Any payment arrangements made directly between a user and a trainer are the responsibility of those parties.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The app, design, content, graphics, and all features are the exclusive property of Fit369 and its licensors. Your use of the app does not grant ownership rights to any Fit369 intellectual property.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the app, upload harmful content, harass trainers or users, hack the platform, or violate any applicable laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

Fit369 is not liable for:
• Injuries or health issues resulting from workouts
• Damages caused by misuse of the app
• Actions, advice, scheduling decisions, or conduct of independent trainers using the platform.
• Loss of data or technical issues
Your use of the app is at your own risk.

11. Termination

Fit369 may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account anytime.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will provide notice before new terms take effect. Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Dubai jurisdiction.
