This Coach Privacy Policy explains how Fit369 ("Fit369", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information from Personal Trainers / Coaches ("Coach", "Trainer", "you") who create or use a Coach account on the Fit369 platform (the "App" and related services).

1. Information We Collect (Coaches)

When you register and use a Coach account, we may collect:
• Account details:name, email, phone number, password (stored securely), profile photo.
• Profile details: bio, specialties, experience, languages, training locations, pricing, availability.
• Verification & compliance documents:fitness certifications, ID/passport, and (where applicable) regional documents such as REPs registration details, Emirates ID, visa, and First Aid/CPR certification.
• Certification metadata: certificate/registration numbers, issuing body, and expiration dates (used for reminders and profile visibility rules).
• Booking & service activity:sessions created, bookings, attendance confirmations, QR scans (if enabled), and related logs.
• Messages & support:communications with members and Fit369 support (including attachments you send).
• Technical data: device identifiers, IP address, app events, diagnostics, crash logs, and basic analytics.
• Location data (optional):approximate location from IP for country detection; precise GPS only if you grant permission.

2. How We Use Coach Information

• To create and manage your Coach account and enable Coach features.
• To verify your identity, certifications, and eligibility for your selected region.
• To display your Coach profile to members (only the fields you choose to make public).
• To operate bookings, session attendance, and in-app workflows.
• To send important notifications (e.g., verification updates, policy updates, certificate renewal reminders).
• To prevent fraud, protect the platform, and enforce our Terms & Compliance policies.
• To improve App performance, reliability, and user experience.

3. What Coaches Can Make Public

Your public Coach profile may show information such as your name, photo, specialties, experience, session offerings, and (where enabled) select verification indicators (for example, a registration number or status badge). Sensitive documents (IDs, visas, full certificates) are not publicly displayed.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:
• Service providers: hosting, storage, analytics, messaging, and verification tools (only as needed to operate the service).
• Members: only the profile fields you publish and certain booking-related details needed to deliver training services.<
• Legal/Compliance: authorities or regulators when required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety.
• Business transfers: if Fit369 is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale (with appropriate safeguards).

5. Certificate Expiry & Profile Visibility

To support member safety and compliance, Fit369 may send renewal reminders (for example, 45 days before expiry) and may temporarily limit profile visibility if required certifications are expired or missing for your region.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect Coach data, including access controls and encryption where appropriate. No system is 100% secure, and you use the platform at your own risk.

7. Data Retention

We retain Coach data for as long as your account is active and as needed for platform operations, compliance, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. You may request deletion subject to applicable requirements.

8. Your Rights & Choices

• Access, update, or correct your profile information inside the App.
• Request a copy of your data or deletion (subject to legal/operational requirements).
• Manage notification preferences where available (some service messages are mandatory).
• Withdraw optional permissions (e.g., GPS) through your device settings.

9. International Use

Fit369 may operate globally. If you use the App from outside our primary hosting region, your information may be processed in countries with different data protection laws. We take steps to protect information in line with this Policy.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Coach Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version in the App or on our website, and update the “Last Updated” date above.
