This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refund requests are handled for services connected with FIT369.
The current version of FIT369 does not offer paid app subscriptions, in-app purchases, premium digital content, or paid digital features inside the mobile application
FIT369 is a fitness technology platform that allows users to discover and connect with independent personal trainers
for online or in-person training services.
Personal training services are provided independently by coaches using the FIT369 platform. Any payment arrangements between a coach and a client are handled directly between those parties.
FIT369 does not currently process payments directly inside the app. Payments made directly to personal trainers, including cash, bank transfer, or external payment links, are not handled by FIT369.
FIT369 is not responsible for disputes, cancellations, missed sessions, refunds, or payment issues related to external payments made directly between a user and a coach.
Refunds for personal training packages, sessions, or coaching services must be discussed directly with the coach or trainer who received the payment.
FIT369 may help users and coaches communicate, but FIT369 does not guarantee refunds for payments made outside the app.
FIT369 may introduce paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases in a future version of the app. If this happens, this policy will be updated to explain how payments, cancellations, and refunds are managed.
FIT369 may update this policy from time to time. Any updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
